    Delta Sigma Theta, Sorority, Inc. Century City Alumnae Chapter (CCAC) was chartered on March 22, 1981 in Los Angeles, CA. For the past 40 years, CCAC has continued to strive for execellence in our delivery of programs to our service area. Our goal is to have an impact on the community we serve by promoting programs & projects that enrich lives through our sisterhood & committed service. Today, with over 100 member, the chapter remiand in the forefront on public policy and social issues. 

    Come walk or run with us around the beautiful seaside harbor of Marina Del Rey. This event is open to both runners and walkers; adults and children. No matter how fast or slow you finish. Proceeds from the race will go towards the following youth programs in West Los Angeles:

    E.M.B.O.D.I: Monthly workshops on the topic of Empowering Males to Build Opportunities for Developing Independence for your men ages 11-14

    Delta Academy: Monthly workshops and activities that are centered around math, science, technology, and African American history for your ladies 11-14

    Delta D.E.M.S: Monthly workshops on the topic of Growing and Empowering Myself Successfully for young ladies ages 14-18

    Live Threater for Children: Monthly cultural experiences in live music, dance and drama to the youth of Baldwin Hills Elementary School

    McAlister School for Girls: Bi-weekly workshops that provide educational supplies, clothing and personal care items and role models for the young ladies that are pregnant or parenting

    Additionally, all participants will receive a custom race Medal,  a virtual race BIB, and one admittence into the virtual post race celebration. 

    Come join us for the virtural post race celebration with music, dance and fellowship at 3:00pm PST via Zoom. RSVP now! This is a family freiendly event! Registration is free, donations of all amounts are welcomed to help us raise funds towards our chapters programs & projects.
